John Incorvaia, Esq. graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a J.D. degree.  He continued his studies at the University of Miami School of Law where he earned a LL.M. degree in Taxation.  The Juris Doctor is the basic law degree.  The LL.M. is a post-graduate degree in a focused area of law. The suffix "Esq." after a lawyer's name is merely an indicator of the individual's achievement, much the same as the prefix "Dr." or "Prof." for their respective professions.

John Incorvaia, Esq. was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991, to the United States Tax Court in 1994, and to the District of Columbia Bar in 1997.  He is qualified to counsel all individuals and businesses, within the United States of America and worldwide, about Federal tax matters.

For 16 years, John Incorvaia, Esq. maintained his own law firm in Miami, Florida.  Since 2006, he has operated as a sole practitioner, first in in Palm Coast and now in Flagler Beach, Florida.  His clientele are located throughout the various United States, with some international clients as well.

John Incorvaia, Esq. has written scholarly articles, published by "Tax Analysts" located in Falls Church, VA.  In addition, he wrote numerous articles that have appeared in local publications.
